259 Build and Release Engineer

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the development and commercialization of complex and leading-edge medical devices.

What you’ll be doing…

You will engage in activities such as:

  • Expand, maintain, and enhance our TeamCity build infrastructure
  • Manage source control/Git repositories
  • Control and maintain third-party software
  • Manage upgrades and backups of the build pipeline
  • Integrate third-party tools such as code coverage and static analysis into the build process
  • Work together with other team members to automate the build and release process
  • Perform software verification and validation testing

What you bring to the team…

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with CI/CD workflow
  • Experience with build tools and source code control tools such as TeamCity and Git
  • Keen interest in automation; experience using test automation tools and frameworks is an asset
  • Proficiency in Python and Java
  • Familiarity with C/C++
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to execute tasks with an appropriate level of independence
  • Enthusiastic about seeking innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges
  • Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as appropriate
