We are looking for an experienced Director to implement and integrate an ERP Program as Kardium continues to grow and prepare to become a public company over the next couple of years.

What you’ll be doing…

The Director, ERP Program is responsible for the successful global delivery and organizational integration of Kardium’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Program is currently in the scoping and selection phase. The next phase will include both technology and business transformation across the regulated domains of Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The Director will provide leadership in all subsequent phases of the ERP Program.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and working closely with the ERP steering committee, the Director of Kardium’s ERP Program will:

  • Build and lead a team focused on the full life-cycle of Kardium’s ERP systems, including design, integration, data management, reporting, testing, training, change management, cut-over, and support.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure an integrated, well-architected solution that meets Kardium’s current needs and is in line with the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Apply their project management experience and interpersonal skills to plan the projects and keep them on track.

Your responsibilities will evolve as Kardium continues to grow, and there are multiple technology-related roles planned for the future that the Director, ERP Program will have the potential to grow into depending on your career aspirations.

You are suited to our approach and possess these attributes:

  • Successfully led at least two large, complex, full life-cycle ERP implementations
  • Ten or more years of experience related to ERP systems implementation and operations
  • Five years of leadership experience including responsibility for managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, or related field
  • Program and/or project management certification preferred
  • Lean certification (i.e., Six Sigma) preferred
  • Experience in medical devices – or companies subject to a similar level of regulatory compliance – preferred
